Kelly is a Paralegal licenced by the Law Society of Ontario, as well as a private investigator, commissioner of oaths, notary public, and process server. She possesses diplomas in the Office Administration, Law Clerk, and Paralegal programs from Algonquin College. Kelly has over 20 years experience working as a law clerk, legal assistant, and paralegal in law firms in both Ontario and Alberta. Kelly provides a variety of professional legal services, and has particular experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, small claims, provincial offences, summary convictions, legal research, and tort law. She also has a passion for family law and criminal law. Kelly has experience in court filing at Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Canada, Supreme Court of Canada, Global Affairs Canada and various international embassies. She is a process server of legal documents on individuals and companies. Kelly conducts private investigations, skip tracing and surveillance.
